CONSULTATION SERVICES
Consultations with Dr. Rebecca Elmaleh are by appointment only.
The initial consultation lasts about two hours. During this visit, Dr. Elmaleh will make an in-depth assessment of the patient’s medical and homeopathic symptoms. This extensive evaluation guides the choice of homeopathic medications. Dr. Elmaleh will also perform a complete medical examination and review any pertinent medical records, laboratory work, and other diagnostic tests brought by the patient. Referrals for additional testing or a specialist consultation will be provided if Dr. Elmaleh feels it is medically indicated.
Follow-up consultations usually occur two to four months later and last roughly one hour. During that time, Dr. Elmaleh will reassess the patient’s medical problems and response to the homeopathic treatment and then readjust the prescription accordingly.

Payment Policy
Payment is expected at the time of the consultation. Although we do not file insurance claims in the office, we will gladly provide an itemized bill for each visit. It can be submitted to the patient’s health insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are confirmed by our office a week before.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us 24-hour notice. Last minute cancellations and “no shows” are subject to a fee. Please call if you have a question or a concern or if you will be late. We will do our best to fit you in, but we need to know in advance for the consideration of other patients.
Medical Coverage
All patients are strongly encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary-care physician, and specialist (if indicated). We do not provide emergency services. We focus on preventive health care and the treatment of chronic medical conditions (please see “Conditions Treated”). Patients with questions may call during regular business hours or leave messages on the answering machine.
